Thanks a lot for writing about this. People like me who are still procrastinating on the idea of starting their own podcast are always looking to read more to be better prepared. But of course, it all comes down to start small and actually doing it.

Doing remote setup sounds complicated to me but at the same time I know this is will be the case most of the time.

What would you suggest for a new joiner? starting from in-person first or remote is also fine?
